Office Admin, Customer Service, Sales Advisor – Car Keys Solutions

Are you a motivated and customer-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills? Car Keys Solutions is looking for an Office Admin / Customer Service / Sales Advisor to join our team at our East Finchley location.

Location: East Finchley, London N2​ 0RZ

Salary: £12 per hour​, Full-time employment with paid holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with sales.
Order parts and materials required for repairs and maintain inventory.
Perform administrative tasks, including invoicing and record keeping.
Work under pressure and efficiently manage time to meet daily tasks.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
Maintain a neat and organized workspace.
Qualifications:

Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Self-driven and able to work independently.
Availability to work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Motor Trade experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
