Our company is a leading custom furniture manufacturer based in Wembley, London and is looking for an Office Manager who can work in a fast paced environment and can be trusted to get on and complete work on site.
Experience in this field – Furniture Factory
Experience in labouring, working in a site environment / or looking for a new challenge!
Must be able to speak Romanian and to converse fluently in English as dealing with our clients may be necessary.
Be able to working on your own initiative also to be a team player and self-motivated.
Able to manage on site any teams allocated to you.
To ensure all works are undertaken in a professional manner – this includes the correct handling, protection and transportation of products.
To ensure all work is carried out as per instructions.
To accurately note any product damage, shortages or any other issues on the delivery note.
Respond to inquiries with accurate pricing, inventory, and delivery information.
Maintain factory staff by recruiting, selecting, and training employees.
Collaborate with the marketing team on marketing plan.
Assist with the merchandising of new products into existing visual displays.
Must have Management experience in Retail or Showroom environment.
Rendering (Visualisation)/ – Development of sketches; 3D Modeling – CAD software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership, interpersonal and multitasking skills.
Dynamic attitude and can self-manage, and multi task.
Proven, strong organizational abilities.
Computer Skills to perform this job successfully.
An individual should have knowledge of the internet, order processing system, and Microsoft applications.
This is a full time job and our factory / showroom is located in Wembley – preferable someone who lives in the area.
